This is a non-profit, pay-for-production fan project. Any excess income generated from this project will go toward contributors' copies to thank them for their hard work on this project, and the remainder will be converted to "bombs" on JJWXC to benefit the author, Meatbun, on her current serializing novel, Bing An Ben.The Xue Meng Calendar consists of twelve separate, 6x9 in / 15x22 cm calendar cards with an illustration in the front and a 500-word drabble on the back for each month, with one overall cover. As the name indicates, this calendar is Xue Meng-centric and features other characters who are important to Xue Meng's life.The project will be printed on postcard-type paper with matte finish to allow for writing on the calendar.Additional merchandise will be available for purchase with the main calendar project.

Hnä is a peacock connoisseur, queen of making sure 2HA's resident peacocks are lovingly and relentlessly bullied. Her previous experiences with running fandom events include singlehandedly running Kitchen Tails: An 2HA food zine, and being a mod for the 2HA Midibang and 2HA Spring Dreams 2022 Event. She has also run various P4Ps for her fics, most recent of which was for her 100k Jiang Xi-centric epic.

Jun has run a few fandom events, mostly in fandoms prior to danmei, though his most recent experience is the 2HA Spring Dreams 2022 Event along with Jordan and Hnä. When not at his totally official full time job of bullying Xue Mengmeng as he deserves, he also sends out emails and answers questions.

Nellie is a talented artist and cosplayer with experience running an online shop and freelance commissions, including many P4P merch runs for 2Ha! As design mod, she coordinates the zine's talented artists into a beautiful cohesive calendar, and as merch mod, she ensures that the merch that will be available in the calendar will come from manufacturers of the best quality, because there can be nothing but the very best for the darling of the heavens!
Jordan

Jordan is relatively new to modding fandom events, with only the 2HA Spring Dreams 2022 Event under her belt so far. Nonetheless, her organisation skills are top-tier and her ability to fine-tune communications to ensure maximum clarity and no nonsense is unsurpassed.

Terms of Service
The Xue Meng Calendar project is an unofficial non-profit fan project. Purchasers will be paying the base unit price for production, shipping/packing supplies, and shipping cost. The cost for contributor copies is also included into the final purchase price.
If there is a surplus of fund after covering the costs for contributor bundles and shipping, we will apply an appropriate refund across all orders.
All orders are pre-orders and non-refundable. Orders will be shipped out in September-October 2022 after the preorder and production period in concluded.
Once packages are shipped and you have received your confirmation, we will no longer be responsible for your package.
If you select untracked shipping for the flat and calendar bundles, you acknowledge that we cannot provide you with tracking information for your package. You will receive a tracking number if you select tracked shipping (default for full bundle).
All rights of the works involved in this project belong to the respective creators. Resale of merchandise or reposting of fanworks is strictly not allowed.
Group Orders (GOs) and shipments with friends are welcome. We will not be managing GOs, but will be happy to help retweet GOs and connect people.
If you are buying more than FOUR (4) of the same type of bundle, please contact us, as that will make shipping prices no longer accurate.

Is this calendar nsfw?
Though 2HA is a series that includes NSFW elements, the calendar and all merch will be SFW, rated PG-13.
Is this calendar set in canon-verse?
Fanworks in the calendar itself are set in canon-verse, but some merchandise may have modern AU elements
Are there ships in this calendar?
This project is meant to be a celebration of Xue Meng and everyone who is important to him in his life. While the project is not geared towards any ship of any type, or a romantic nature at all, contributors were given free choice of which characters they wished to include with their months. There is a wide variety of additional characters interacting with Xue Meng.
Will there be a digital copy of the calendar and/or prints?
Calendar artwork will be made available as mobile phone wallpapers after calendar sales are over.
Fics written for the calendar, as well as artwork made as prints, will be left to the creator's discretion as to whether they would like to upload them onto social media.
Will other characters be in the calendar?
Yes! Although this is a Xue Meng-centric project, it is not a Xue Meng-only project. Fanworks will include characters who are important to Xue Meng.

What will you use for storefront and shipping?
We will fulfill all orders using PirateShip. Our storefront will be on BigCartel.
If I miss preorders, will there be a chance to snag a calendar in leftovers?
After production and preorder fulfillment, we will sell any leftover calendars.
